The Css Generator arose out of frustraion with continually retesting css code.  Even though I had sets of basic pre-tested code, when they were put together on a new webdesign and adjusted, the code had to be reworked.  I decided that it would be wonderful if I had lots of pre-tested code snippets that I knew worked together in 100% valid and cross browser compatible ways.

Of course it had to all be online so that I could access it from anywhere and also by definition, it was pre-tested in the browsers.   And so it began.
